From tenant referencing where we contact the potential tenants and acquire the relevant information to perform a full reference check; from income/employment checks, previous landlord references, credit checks and more.

Customised services
We have a range of services available, we have worked to ensure each service is as customisable as possible as we understand that each agent, landlord, and tenant is different.
If you need a speedy response on a reference we have the report delivered to you instantly, within 1 hour, 24 hours or 48 hours (subject to referee availability) and you can also decide whether you want an "instant" report which is simply a credit check or a "full" tenant reference which is much more in depth and comprehensive.
Our specialist warranty service is like no other, we offer the reassurance that the landlord will still receive a payment when the tenant defaults on their rent. Smart Rental Protection or Smart Rental Protection+ is there for your landlord's peace of mind.
